What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure payment provider Stripe.

How do I receive my license after purchase?

You'll receive an email with your license key immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We provide a fully functional 14-day trial so you can make sure the plugin works on your system before purchasing.

License

How do I activate my license?

Click on "Licensed" or "Trial" at the bottom of the plugin, enter your email and license key, then click "Activate". You need an internet connection for activation.

How many machines can I use with one license?

One license allows you to use the plugin on 2 machines (e.g., studio + laptop).

Can I transfer my license to another machine?

Yes, you can manage your activations directly from your customer panel. Deactivate a machine to free up a slot, then activate on your new device.

What happens after the trial period?

After 14 days, the plugin continues to work but audio is muted. Purchase a license to restore full functionality.

Do I need an internet connection to use the plugin?

An internet connection is required for activation and periodic license checks. The plugin can work offline for up to 7 days between checks.

The plugin doesn't show in my DAW

Rescan your plugins in your DAW preferences. Make sure you're using a 64-bit DAW on macOS 10.13 or later (or Windows 10+).

How do I uninstall a plugin?

Delete the plugin files from the locations above and rescan in your DAW. Your license remains valid for reinstallation.
